WOD

The Workout Of the Day. The daily CrossFit workout hosted by our professional CrossFit coaches. This is a 60 minute workout that is completely different from day to day. Every workout is adjusted for each participant to match their skills and fitnesslevel. Each WOD starts with a good warm-up, is followed by learning the movements and after the workout we finish with a cooldown.

Weightlifting

Also known as Olympic weightlifting. During these technical classes we focus on two barbell movements: the snatch and the clean & jerk. These movements are far from easy to learn, but the coaches at Pack Mentality CrossFit are very adept at weightlifting. We are convinced that we can teach these lifts to everybody that comes to our gym and make them as excited about it as we are!

Gymnastics

In CrossFit there are a lot of movements in which we only use our own bodyweight, without even touching a barbell or any other piece of equipment. In CrossFit, we call these movements gymnastics-movements. During the gymnastics classes we focus on technique, making sure that we learn how to optimally use our own bodyweight in our workouts.

Open gym

Open gym is supervised training. During these hours you are welcome to workout and focus on whatever you want to do. There will always be a coach in the gym during these hours to supervise and make sure everyone is safe. Open gym is only for experienced CrossFitters.
